The buttons basically do as follows:
Registry - Cleans up your registry and removes a bunch of invalid entries
Add/Remove - Deletes any false entries in your Add/Remove Programs List (these come from incomplete uninstalls)
Duplicates - This searches for duplicate files and deletes them
Unnecessary - This cleans up temporary files in Internet Explorer
Shortcuts - These deletes any shortcuts to programs that you've uninstalled or deleted
Space Usage - Gives you some details on what your disk usage is
Startup - If you have a virus or other malicious program, this option will let you control what is allowed to run when your computer starts up
Clear Files - Deletes temporary Internet Explorer files in one click
Clear Cookies - Deletes Internet Explorer cookies (basically little files that keep data about your web usage) in one click
Clear History - This deletes your Internet Explorer History in one click
MRU - Deletes your "Most Recently Used" list from your Start Menu (this is mainly for if you share your computer and don't want someone else knowing what you were using)
Undo - Undoes any deletions you did with Easy Cleaner.
